JLL is seeking an Utilities Maintenance Technician to join our Bloomington, IN team. The role involves supervising refrigeration, boiler systems, and emergency backup systems, with day and night shift options as required.
You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate with the Chief Engineer to ensure reliable building operations. The ideal candidate has at least two years in related trades, knowledge of building automation, and comfortable with working

Oversee and monitor the operation and make adjustments of refrigeration, emergency backup systems and boiler systems; monitors operation, adjusts, and maintains refrigeration, chilled water; boilers, pumps, valves, piping and filters; other mechanical or electrical equipment; record readings and make adjustments where necessary to assure proper operation of equipment. Requires the ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required. Required to workday and/or night shifts as required.
Weekend Day 4/3 5AM - 5:30PM
