Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related experience in utility systems including project management, engineering analysis and design, professional services and construction contracting, construction and operation of utility systems, and regulatory compliance, including related supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project management for UES capital, capital renewal, and major maintenance projects.
• Oversees supervision of outside contractors and staff, including training and performance management.
• Evaluates plant and unit performance and ensures safety, reliability, and efficiency targets.
• Ensures effective communications with internal and external customers and stakeholder groups.
