Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/chemical/electrical/industrial engineering or related field.
• 3-7 years in utilities, maintenance engineering, or plant reliability roles.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of spare parts management and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and optimization of plant utility systems (boilers, chillers, HVAC, water treatment).
• Develop and update SOPs, preventive maintenance strategies, and asset care standards.
• Lead RCAs for major equipment failures and track reliability KPIs (MTBF/MTTR).
• Support safety, OSHA/EPA regulatory compliance and risk assessments.
• Maintain and optimize spare parts inventory and BOM library with CMMS.
