Responsibilities

• Provide legal services to City leaders and departments with minimal supervision.
• Draft contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and other legal instruments.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare memoranda for senior management.
• Represent the City in internal and external matters and assist with complex transactions.
