Job summary

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in the utility industry. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience required, preferably in the utility industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for utility management and projects from concept through implementation.
  • Manage water, sewer, and power systems to ensure that infrastructure is up-to-date.
  • Analyze system performance and make necessary process improvement recommendations.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer Proficiency (MS Office, CAD, etc.)
Action oriented, managerial courage, flexibility and adaptability
Understanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
Ability to effectively lead and develop others
Excellent organizational skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
