Your new company

Our client is a heavy civil contractor specializing in underground utilities, heavy civil, and site development projects. They have multiple offices across the country and have been in business for over 20 years. Their business is expanding in the Texas market, and they are looking for an experienced project manager/estimator with strong leadership and development skills to join the team.

Your new role

In this position, you will be a key member of the project team. You will be responsible for estimating and managing projects. Your duties will include budgeting, scheduling, and managing all onsite personnel. You will also maintain direct relationships with suppliers, vendors, and clients. Developing new relationships and winning new business will also be part of your responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have at least 10 years of experience within the construction sector, ideally in site utility and heavy civil construction. Additionally, you need at least 5 years of experience working in the Texas market and the ability to bring opportunities to the business. A bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering is highly regarded. You should be motivated, driven, and capable of working well under pressure.
