Job summary

Qualifications

Role:

Utilities Process Engineer - Expansion Coordinator at Lilly, serving as the site SME for HVAC and Utilities systems (GMP and non-GMP) within pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• oversee and maintain utilities performance
• ensure compliance with industry and Lilly standards
• support risk assessments
• lead troubleshooting and RCA investigations
• develop operational procedures
• participate in safety and process hazard reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• strong technical expertise in HVAC and utilities
• experience with cGMP, data analysis, and process control
• proficiency with office and collaboration software, and knowledge of manufacturing plant utilities.

Preferred:

• start-up and equipment commissioning experience, project management skills, familiarity with maintenance systems like CMMS, and experience with deviation/change management tools such as TrackWise
• engineering degrees (ME, EE, ChemE) beneficial.
