Job summary

Lilly Kenosha County campus seeks a Utilities Process Engineer - Expansion Coordinator to act as SME for GMP and non-GMP HVAC and utilities. You’ll ensure design and operation meet Lilly standards, assess risks, and optimize maintenance and reliability across site systems.

The role requires a BS in engineering, strong HVAC/Utilities knowledge, and familiarity with cGMP. Experience with TrackWise, CMMS, and data analysis will support process improvements and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science – Engineering or related field.
• Technical understanding of HVAC and Utilities.
• Demonstrated office software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, UMS, data historian) and collaboration sites.
• Knowledge of cGMP.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving abilities.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for GMP/non-GMP HVAC and utilities systems and related facilities.
• Ensure processes align with Lilly standards and industry practices.
• Support risk assessments (e.g., FMEA) and participate in teams to meet goals.
• Monitor utility systems and KPIs; provide operating and maintenance instructions.
• Lead maintenance and reliability improvements and assist operations in issue resolution.
• Support inspections/investigations (Quality/HSE) and maintain cross-site communications.
• Utilize TrackWise/CAPA systems and perform data mining for process control.
• Consult on technical issues with operators and engineers and develop training.
