Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility maintenance, preventive and predictive tasks, and new equipment installation. You will participate in plant shutdowns, mentor junior staff, and ensure documentation in SAP/CMMS.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical knowledge and the ability to collaborate across sites. The candidate should be able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and demonstrate systematic problem solving using data-driven

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum four years of experience in mechanical, electrical and/or control systems.
• High School Diploma/GED with six years of relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and preventive/predictive maintenance efforts.
• Assist in plant shutdown planning and execution.
• Lead and guide technicians in daily tasks and problem solving.
