Job summary

Novozen Healthcare LLC in Bloomington, IN is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical utility systems in an aseptic environment. You will troubleshoot equipment, alarms, and system performance, supporting WFI, clean steam, HVAC, and related systems with an emphasis on GMP and safety.

Responsibilities include routine inspections, coordinating shutdowns and startups, and documenting work in CMMS.

Qualifications

• Experience with utilities maintenance in an aseptic environment.
• Mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of CMMS/work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical and clean utility systems, troubleshooting equipment failures, alarms, and system performance issues.
• Support WFI, purified water, clean steam, process gases, compressed air, HVAC, and chilled water systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, filtration systems, piping, and associated mechanical equipment.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and system walkdowns while supporting shutdowns, repairs, startups, and return-to-service activities.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS and ensure all work is performed in accordance with GMP, SOP, safety, and change control requirements.

Job description

Shift: Night & Day Shift (Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:30pm - 6:30am. three 12 hour shifts )

Location: Bloomington, IN

Pay Rate: $49/Hr- $54/Hr on W2
