Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, six to twelve months of construction experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, and demonstrated knowledge of applicable safety precautions and procedures.
• Ability to view and understand safety training video.
• Willingness and ability to perform manual work.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving strenuous manual labor at construction project sites.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents to supervisors.
• Load and unload materials and haul equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site daily.
• Coordinate with foremen and other trades to ensure smooth operations.
