Job summary

Pilgrim’s in North Carolina is seeking a motivated team member to support daily hatchery operations. You will perform general in-and-out tasks, assist with sanitation, and help with equipment upkeep while following strict safety and biosecurity protocols.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to lift 20–40 lbs, push up to 500 lbs, and strong teamwork; weekend schedule and diverse duties offer hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role operates within a hatchery environment requiring adherence to strict sanitation, safety, and biosecurity standards. Tasks may involve standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and working around equipment and livestock for extended periods.

Work Schedule

• Friday:3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Saturday:1:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Sunday:10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Note: Hours may occasionally extend or adjust based on production needs.
