Job summary

Esri is seeking an experienced GIS consultant to help clients maximize Esri technology, shape implementation strategies, and promote best practices across industries. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable GIS solutions.

The role emphasizes thought leadership, customer alignment, and delivering transformational geospatial capabilities using ArcGIS products and related analytics. On-site collaboration with utilities and enterprise clients is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years designing, implementing, and/or administering enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage ArcGIS Enterprise.
Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to technical peers and non-technical project managers.
Translate customer business goals into technical plans and solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive problem solver, team-oriented, creative.
Exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial attitude with willingness to learn in a dynamic team.
Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, GIS, or related field; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Be a thought leader advising customers on innovative Esri solutions and migration strategies.
Understand customer business and align Esri technology with their goals.
Design and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform and provide best practices.
Develop business with new and existing customers.
