Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate subordinates, including journey level and apprentices.
• Schedule personnel to meet job requirements cost-effectively.
• Set productivity goals and ensure maximum output.
• Oversee training needs to meet journey level expectations.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of the utility distribution system.
• Coordinate emergency availability through 24-hour call-back or standby duty.
