Utilities CX Technical Consultant, Senior Associate

Position Overview

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Experience with power and utilities industry trends, meter-to-cash processes, customer engagement, renewables, ESG.
• Interfacing with IVR, call centers, billing, collections, field service management.
• Solution architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, technical documentation, client workshops.
• Managing technical resources and vendors, overseeing development lifecycle, building technology roadmaps.
