Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper store maintenance – ensuring the store is clean and safe.
• Assist customers on the store floor, including bagging groceries and carrying items for customers.
• Retrieve and maintain store carts, run price checks, assist with go-backs, check stand upkeep, and remove waste from the parking area.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English; interact with the general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information to customers and coworkers in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds; walk, stand, kneel.
