Job summary

Fiesta Mart Store Operations is seeking a Grocery Clerk for Store 081 Conroe, TX. You will assist customers, stock and rotate self‑serve displays, and keep shelves clean in a fast‑paced grocery environment. Must be able to work nights/weekends and perform heavy lifting.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, answering questions, and maintaining product organization. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Job Overview

Join Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team as a Grocery Clerk. Your role will assist customers, clean display cases and shelves, fill and rotate self‑serve displays, and support a fast‑paced grocery environment. Must be able to work nights and weekends, perform heavy lifting (up to 60 lb), and handle bending, stooping, and standing for long periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to customers.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and self‑serve displays.
• Assist customers with locating products and answering questions.
• Maintain product organization and rotate stock.
• Perform heavy lifting, bending, and stooping as required.

What You’ll Bring

• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information to customers and team members.
• Apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lb, lift up to 45 lb, and occasionally lift up to 60 lb.
