AECOM is seeking an established professional services leader to drive the growth, strategy, and profitability of its Transportation Construction Management Inspection (CM) practice in Utah. Based in Utah, the CM Senior Manager will expand AECOM’s presence, strengthen relationships with UDOT and local agencies, and lead high-quality CM services for critical infrastructure projects.

This role combines business development, client engagement, and project delivery, requiring an active marketplace

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10+ years of relevant engineering, project delivery, and business development experience, including leadership.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license, with ability to obtain licensure in Utah.
Experience leading multidisciplinary CM teams and business development in transportation.

Responsabilidades

Lead the development and execution of Utah CM business strategy and growth.
Build relationships with UDOT, regional agencies, municipalities, and public-sector clients.
Lead capture strategies, proposal development, and interview preparation.
Recruit, develop, and retain CM professionals and project managers.
Oversee delivery of CM services ensuring compliance with UDOT specs, budgets and schedules.
Collaborate with leadership to pursue multidisciplinary opportunities across Utah.
