Job summary

Red Cat Holdings in Valdosta, GA seeks Assembly Technicians to produce and test USVs, assemble harnesses and hull systems, and ensure safety and quality. You will work with sophisticated electronic systems and contribute to new model design reviews.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ years in manufacturing; strong attention to detail, ability to read diagrams, compliance with OSHA/ISO9001, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in boat manufacturing or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including assembly diagrams.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ISO9001 and other manufacturing management practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work safely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in following safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper PPE, tools, equipment and material handling procedures are used.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workstation.
• Manage material handling and chemical storage processes.
• Assemble harnesses, hull systems and deck components with precision.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document critical steps (ISPC).
• Report discrepancies or malfunctions to supervisors or engineers.
• Contribute to new model design reviews and process improvements.
