Marina Sirras & Associates LLC is seeking a USPTO registered Chemistry Patent Agent to join the IP practice of a major Am law 100 firm. The role covers offices in Seattle, Atlanta, Denver, Houston, Washington, DC, Raleigh or Winston-Salem. Salary ranges from $160,000 to $220,000 per year.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced degree in Chemistry, 3+ years of patent experience in chemistry or small molecules, and a USPTO registration. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of patent experience relating to chemistry/pharma or small molecules.
• Experience with patent prosecution, client counseling, and opinion preparation.
• Experience with patent office litigation (IPR/PGR proceedings).
• USPTO registration required; authorized to work in the U.S.
