Ideal candidates have 3+ years of patent experience in chemistry or related small molecules, USPTO registration, and the ability to handle prosecution, client counseling, opinions, and IP office litigation (IPR/PGR).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of patent experience relating to chemistry, pharmaceutical and/or other small molecules.
• Experience with patent prosecution, client counseling, opinion preparation, and patent office litigation (IPR/PGR proceedings).
• Advanced degree in Chemistry or related field.
• USPTO registration required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
