Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced USPTO-registered Patent Agent with a focus on Chemistry for our Seattle, WA office, with Houston as an alternate base. The role requires at least 3 years of patent prosecution experience, preferably in a law firm setting, and active USPTO registration.

You will conduct patent prosecution, draft opinions, and participate in IP office litigation while counseling clients on their IP strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of patent prosecution experience.
  • Experience in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, and/or Small Molecule prosecution.
  • Active USPTO Registration Number.
