Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Fully onsite to start, but could move to 2 days remote after training is complete.

Required:
• Availability to work 3 days/week at the Client’s site in Naperville, IL (required);
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
• Experience in the energy sector or deal processing
• Additional certifications or coursework in CRM systems, data management, or a related field

Responsibilities:
• Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge of organizational policies and practices
• Production and interpretation of reports, addressing reporting issues, conducting routine assignments and analysis, participating in special projects, responding to information and data requests, documenting and recommending enhancements to processes and procedures
• Interact with related internal and external customers on a routine basis
• Works under general supervision
