Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a User Support Specialist in the Bethesda area to lead software training and provide user support to action officers and specialists. You will collaborate with IC users and leadership to deliver to both internal and external clients, document requirements, and create training materials.

You will analyze metrics to improve software adoption and apply outcome-based solutions to support intelligence operations.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI clearance required.
• 6+ years of OSINT Analyst experience.
• Operational intelligence experience.
• Understanding of TCPED process.

What You Will Do

As a User Support Specialist, you will lead software training, demonstrate tradecraft guidance, and provider user support to action officers and specialists. A successful candidate will distinguish themselves by collaborating with IC users, team members, and leadership to efficiently deliver to internal and external clients. You will document requirements, create training materials, collect and analyze metrics, and identify opportunities to increase software adoption while applying outcome-based solutions to support intelligence operations.

What You Will Need

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI)/FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP)) polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree
• SIX (6) or more years' experience of related experience working with, or as, an OSINT Analyst. Experience should include, but not be limited to:
• Practical and operational intelligence experience
• Collection and/or analysis as an intelligence professional
• Understanding of TCPED process

What Would Be Nice To Have

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• EIGHT (8) or more years experience as an OSINT Analyst
• Experience in technical training, data visualization, or IC engagement support

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
