Guidehouse is seeking a User Support Specialist to lead software training and provide user support to action officers and specialists. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain/maintain CI/FS polygraph.

Travel up to 10% is possible. The successful candidate will collaborate with IC users, team members, and leadership to improve software adoption, document requirements, and analyze metrics to support intelligence operations.

What You Will Do

As a User Support Specialist, you will lead software training, demonstrate tradecraft guidance, and provider user support to action officers and specialists. A successful candidate will distinguish themselves by collaborating with IC users, team members, and leadership to efficiently deliver to internal and external clients. You will document requirements, create training materials, collect and analyze metrics, and identify opportunities to increase software adoption while applying outcome-based solutions to support intelligence operations.

What You Will Need

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance. Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI)/FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP)) polygraph.

• Bachelor's degree SIX (6) or more years' experience of related experience working with, or as, an OSINT Analyst.
• Experience should include, but not be limited to: Practical and operational intelligence experience Collection and/or analysis as an intelligence professional Understanding of TCPED process.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• EIGHT (8) or more years experience as an OSINT Analyst
• Experience in technical training, data visualization, or IC engagement support

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
