Airalo is seeking a skilled User Retention Specialist to boost engagement and reduce churn across a remote, Europe-wide team. You’ll design retention strategies, analyze customer behavior, and run targeted campaigns using Clevertap, Braze or MoEngage.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Retention Specialist to join our team. As a User Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, reduce churn, and maximize user retention. Given this role is remote and available to candidates across some countries in Europe, this range represents the full salary range for this role across our available locations in the EU. To ensure equity based on where you reside we use a tiered location model:
UK £58,800 - £84,500
Spain: €42,800 - €61,500
