You’ll work with experienced researchers to design studies, recruit participants, and present findings that inform practical improvements and future research across game projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed bachelor’s or master’s in a relevant field.
• Experience with surveys, interviews, usability testing, or observation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with User Research to develop questions about tool use and workflows.
• Design and conduct surveys about Jira, Miro, Confluence usage.
• Assist with recruiting participants and conducting interviews or observations.
• Organize and analyze survey responses and notes to identify themes.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of usability studies and playtests.
• Analyze player feedback to inform game development teams.
• Apply research methods to internal tool workflows with guidance.
