PwC is seeking a User Experience Strategy Director in New York to lead efforts improving customer and employee experiences. You will analyze client needs, translate vision into actionable strategies, and mentor future leaders within Management Consulting.

You will guide human-centered research, develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to optimize interactions across touchpoints. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9 years of experience

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Communications/Media, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Engineering
• Excelling in customer experience strategy and design thinking
• Demonstrating proficiency in human-centered design and prototyping
• Utilizing data analysis and interpretation for strategic decision-making
• Leading innovation through rapid experimentation and iterative design
• Cultivating relationships and building brand recognition in client engagements
• Promoting technological advances in interactive and mobile UX design

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
