You’ll partner closely with IT and marketing to translate research, user feedback, and business requirements into intuitive solutions—from wireframes and prototypes to design systems and user testing.

This is a hybrid position based in our Stevens Point, WI office location and is not a fully remote opportunity.

For this position, Sentry does not offer employment to holders of F-1, J-1, and H‑1 Visas.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct user and market research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Translate research data, industry standards, design principles, and requirements into sitemaps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and responsive UX designs.
  • Present research, design concepts, and strategic rationale to business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate and deliver design assets, ensuring design integrity through the management of Design Systems.
  • Collaborate with IT development to align technical, marketing, and business requirements.
  • Perform acceptance and usability testing on new and existing digital experiences, providing direction and recommendations based on user feedback, metrics, and best practice.
  • Leverage AI tools to synthesize insights, accelerate workflows, and integrate into the UX design process.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, web accessibility standards, and technologies.
What it Takes
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, in addition to a minimum of 2 years related work experience in UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or Information Design.
  • Proven ability to make data-driven design decisions based on research, testing, and best practices.
  • Strong expertise in Figma, HTML/CSS, user-centered design, and multi-platform design (web, mobile, tablet).
  • Familiarity with large-scale design systems, responsive design principles, web accessibility, and behavioral psychology.
  • Awareness of established and emerging AI tools, with an understanding of how these evolving technologies can integrate and enhance the UX design process.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge communication between IT and business stakeholders.
Here is what you can look forward to as part of our team:
  • Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds. With optional work from home on Mondays and Fridays and join your team in the office Tuesday through Thursday to collaborate and learn. We provide the technology and tools you need for both your office and home workspace from day one.
