Job summary

Sentry is seeking a Project Manager or Program Manager to lead department-level projects and cross-department initiatives, spanning IT and business units with a focus on cloud, data analytics, AI/ML, infrastructure, and workplace technology. You will facilitate communication, manage scope, and coordinate across teams to align stakeholders and project goals.

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in leading projects.
• Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, information technology environment preferred.
• Experience in cloud & platform engineering, infrastructure technology, workplace technology, AI and machine learning engineering, or data analytics areas desired.
• Agile and/or Project Management Professional certification preferred.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred.

• Promote collaborative partnerships across the core project team, vendors, and impacted business areas ensuring common direction and delivery tactics.

Sentry's Project Managers manage department specific projects and portfolio initiatives. This position can be filled as a Project Manager or Program Manager based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you will:
