We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong sense of customer behavior and an unwavering passion for advocating on behalf of the user.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, iterative environment alongside a collaborative team of UX designers, product managers, software developers, and executive leadership. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the customer journey and make a significant impact on a core e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Prototyping: Quickly and thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, visual design mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
  • Customer-Centric Design: Leverage qualitative feedback, empirical data, usability findings, and market research to define business and feature requirements, ensuring every design decision is backed by user-centered design principles.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product partners, software development engineers, and UX writers, to execute on product roadmaps and ensure consistency and scalability in design.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present design insights, solutions, and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of your design decisions.
  • Best Practices: Contribute to the evolution of user interface design standards and best practices, providing leadership in e-commerce trends and user interface innovations.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 8+ years of industry experience providing interaction design solutions for web and/or software applications. Experience working in a B2C (business-to-consumer) environment is essential.
  • Portfolio: A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern UX design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Framer, ProtoPie, or Principle, and experience working with design system components.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and present design work to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration: A strong background in cross-functional collaboration, especially with technical teams, product managers, and UX writers.
  • Data Analysis: The ability to analyze qualitative feedback, identify meaningful patterns, and use data to inform design recommendations.
