Qualifications

• 2–5 years of UX/UI, product design, digital design, or related experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with Figma, including components, Auto Layout, styles, libraries, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of foundational UI and visual design principles including typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, and layout.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interface designs for digital experiences.
• Use Figma to develop, update, and maintain design files and reusable components.
• Support the design of responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Work within established design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines to create consistent experiences.
• Translate business requirements, user needs, and stakeholder feedback into thoughtful design solutions.
• Partner with senior designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Make updates and iterations based on design reviews, user feedback, and evolving project requirements.
• Help maintain organized design files, components, documentation, and specifications for development teams.
• Participate in design critiques and collaborative working sessions.
• Support basic UX activities such as user flows, information architecture, competitive reviews, and usability considerations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, comfortable working within established design systems and brand guidelines, and able to translate requirements and feedback into clean, user-friendly designs.

What You’ll Do

• Create and refine wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interface designs for digital experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of UX/UI, product design, digital design, or related experience.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Figma, including components, Auto Layout, styles, libraries, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of foundational UI and visual design principles, including typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, and layout.
• Familiarity with UX fundamentals such as user flows, wireframing, responsive design, and usability.
• Ability to work within an existing design system and follow established standards.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
• Good communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI thinking and examples of digital design work.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
• Experience with basic user research or usability testing.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate into development.
• Experience working with developers or within an Agile/product development environment.
• Exposure to additional design or collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, Jira, or similar platforms.
