Wripple's airline client is seeking a Social Creator for a hybrid onsite opportunity in south Atlanta. The role is 12 months, 40 hours/week, with 2-3 days onsite collaboration.

The candidate should be ATL-based and comfortable shooting content, directing talent, and basic editing to produce social-first content. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years creating content specifically for social platforms, with strong instincts for what resonates on each channel and a proactive, culture-minded approach

Wripple's airline client is seeking a Social Creator. This is a hybrid onsite opportunity, requiring 2-3 days onsite collaboration in south Atlanta.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This is a 12-month, 40 hours/week contract role with opportunities to extend. You absolutely must be ATL-based and open to 2-3 days/week onsite to apply.

We’re looking for a social-first creative and content creator who instinctively understands what works on social — and why. This person doesn’t simply adapt traditional creative for social channels; they think, concept, and create natively for social from the start.

The ideal candidate is deeply fluent in social platforms, culture, trends, and audience behavior. They understand pacing, hooks, memes, formats, and the nuances that make content feel authentic to each platform. They are proactive creators who can spot a cultural moment or emerging trend and quickly turn it into a relevant creative idea — without always waiting for a formal brief.

This is also a hands-on creative role. You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept through execution, including shooting content, directing talent, and handling basic editing.

What You’ll Do

• Develop social-first creative concepts and content designed specifically for today’s social platforms.
• Stay closely connected to social culture, trends, memes, conversations, and emerging platform behaviors.
• Identify cultural moments and translate them into timely, relevant creative opportunities.
• Create proactively, bringing forward ideas rather than relying solely on formal creative briefs.
• Understand and apply platform-specific best practices, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, formats, trends, and audience behavior.
• Concept, shoot, and produce social content with a fast, hands-on approach.
• Direct talent and creators to capture authentic, engaging social content.
• Perform basic editing and content assembly as needed to bring ideas to life quickly.
• Apply strong storytelling instincts to both short-form and longer-form social content.
• Partner with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop and refine ideas.
• Manage multiple rounds of iteration and feedback while maintaining the strength and relevance of the original creative idea.
• Continuously evaluate what is working across social platforms and use those insights to inform future creative.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a social creator, social-first creative, content creator, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience creating content specifically for social platforms.
• Deep fluency across major social platforms and an understanding of how audiences behave differently on each.
• Strong creative instincts and the ability to recognize what will feel culturally relevant and engaging.
• A proactive mindset — someone who sees opportunities and brings forward ideas without waiting for an assignment.
• Hands-on content creation capabilities, including shooting content, directing talent, and basic editing.
• Ability to work quickly, iterate on creative, and incorporate feedback.
• Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience working within social publishing or management platforms required; Sprinklr experience is a plus.
