Wripple's client -- a large aviation provider based in Atlanta -- is looking for a fast, creative Social Video Editor to provide always-on editing support for a high-volume social content team. This person should be a strong video editor with a portfolio that demonstrates hands‑on experience creating content specifically for social platforms.

Seeking Social Video Editors who can quickly turn raw footage and creative assets into polished, engaging social content without sacrificing quality. Most projects will be short‑form, quick‑turn content, with occasional opportunities to edit longer‑form videos.

This is a hybrid onsite 40-hour-per-week engagement supporting ongoing social content needs.

What You’ll Do

• Edit high-volume, short‑form video content for social platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels
• Quickly turn raw footage, existing assets, and creative direction into compelling, platform‑ready content
• Deliver fast edits and revisions to help the team capitalize on timely social and cultural moments
• Create strong hooks and maintain engaging pacing to capture attention quickly
• Add music, graphics, text overlays, captions, transitions, and other social‑native editing elements
• Adapt edits and formats based on the nuances and best practices of different social platforms
• Work collaboratively with creative and social teams to incorporate feedback and iterate quickly
• Occasionally edit longer‑form video content as needs arise
• Manage multiple editing requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio of social-first content
• Excellent editing skills with the ability to make quick, smart creative cuts
• Demonstrated ability to work at the fast pace required for always‑on social content
• Strong understanding of short-form storytelling, pacing, hooks, trends, and platform-native creative
• Ability to take direction and turn around feedback and revisions quickly
• Strong creative instincts and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and prioritizing multiple quick-turn assignments
• Proficiency with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Experience editing both short-form and longer-form content is a plus

Annual ongoing contracts, with opportunity for extensions. Must be located in Atlanta and open to hybrid onsite 2-3 days per week in office.
