The User Experience Architect III serves as a strategic leader in shaping and transforming the experiences of patients, visitors, and staff across The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, this role drives the design and continuous evolution of end-to-end experiences spanning physical spaces, service delivery, workflows, and organizational touchpoints. By integrating human-centered design, service design, operational strategy, process improvement, and change management principles, the User Experience Architect III develops innovative, equitable, and sustainable solutions that elevate experience, improve operational performance, and advance the hospital's mission of excellence in patient care.
Minimum 34.41/hour - Maximum 56.82/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
