Reports to: Senior Manager, Solutions Delivery
Location: Remote – United States
The Learning Consultant designs, implements, and evaluates training strategies to enhance employee performance or educational experiences. This role goes beyond traditional course development to create strategic, human-centered learning environments. The Learning Consultant assesses skill gaps, curates content and implements digital-first strategies—such as blended learning, AI-enabled tools, and microlearning—to strengthen capability development and improve organizational performance.
Anticipated annual salary range: $75,000 - $90,000. Compensation may vary based on skill, experience, and location. Eligible employees may have opportunities to become PTC shareholders through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) and may qualify for equity programs.
