Job summary

Lemonade is seeking a highly analytical User Acquisition Manager to join our Paid Acquisition team. You will manage global, large-scale campaigns on YouTube and Search, using data and AI insights to optimize budgets and drive growth.

In this role you’ll own end-to-end campaigns, lead measurement and reporting, and identify opportunities by tracking trends and new technologies. You’ll work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing global, large-scale B2C PPC campaigns (YouTube and Search) with $150K+/month budgets.
• Experience with social platforms is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Proven track record of driving performance at scale.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week.
