Job summary

Hiley Automotive Group is seeking a Service Technician to inspect Certified Pre-Owned and Used Cars, and perform repairs with efficiency and accuracy. The technician will diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more, using diagnostic tools and factory specifications.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of service experience, multi-brand knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and a willingness to learn new procedures in

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• Multi-brand vehicle knowledge preferred.
• Dexterity with steady hand and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to diagnose, maintain and repair automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform Certified Pre-Owned, Used Car and Cash Car inspections.
• Complete work specified on the repair order efficiently and accurately.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with internal advisor and used car director regarding timeframe and repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications when necessary.
