Job summary

Hudson Ford is seeking an experienced Recon Technician to join its high-volume service department. This full-time role focuses on inspecting, diagnosing, and reconditioning used inventory before it is moved to the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive technician experience preferred.
• Experience working on domestic and import vehicles.
• Ford experience or certifications preferred but not required.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and reconditioning of used vehicle inventory.
• Complete maintenance and repair work to prepare vehicles for retail sale.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, drivability, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC concerns.
• Identify and document required repairs according to dealership standards.
