Sonic Automotive’s Santa Fe Toyota in Santa Fe, NM seeks an NC Sales Manager to lead the New Car Buyer process and drive used-vehicle purchasing strategy. Responsibilities include prospecting, appraising, and presenting offers to vehicle owners, while guiding Sales Associates and maintaining guest satisfaction.

The role offers a base salary range of $100,000 to $180,000 per year with bonuses based on production volume and a $5,000 monthly draw.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred but not required; High school diploma or the equivalent required.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Previous dealership, selling or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with current used vehicle owners to purchase their vehicle.
• Appraise used vehicles and present offers.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Attend daily trade walks and stay abreast of market trends.
