Responsibilities

• Acquire vehicles from auctions, private parties, and dealer sources, managing timely pickups and ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Assess and fulfill the pre-owned inventory needs of Fletcher Jones dealerships.
• Develop strategic pre-owned inventory plans and adapt to market demands.
• Maintain a positive gross profit on purchased vehicles.

Compensation

Expected total annual earnings range from $120,000 to $250,000, including minimum guarantee, commissions, bonuses, and benefits. The minimum guaranteed salary is $68,640 annually, with commissions ranging from $55,200 to $185,200 based on performance.
