Performance Kings Honda in Cincinnati seeks experienced used-car technicians to diagnose, repair, and inspect vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability.

You will work with a team in a busy dealership, with opportunities for paid ASE training, quarterly bonuses, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Flexible schedules include four 10-hour shifts or a traditional five-day week.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Performance Kings Honda is looking for experienced, no-nonsense Used Car Technicians to join our busy service department. If you know how to diagnose problems, make quality repairs, and get the job done right the first time, we want you on our team.

You’ll inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair used vehicles to ensure they’re safe, reliable, and ready for the road. We value skilled, independent technicians who take pride in their work and don’t need unnecessary oversight.

Compensation

• $22–$35 per flat rate hour based on skillset, experience, and qualifications
• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Eligible sign-on bonus payments begin after 90 days of employment
• Sign-on bonus is paid at $1,000 per month until the eligible bonus amount is reached
