Rairdon’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Marysville is hiring an Used Car Technician in Marysville, WA. The role involves inspecting used vehicles, diagnosing mechanical or electrical problems, and performing maintenance such as oil changes and tire services.

You’ll maintain clear repair notes, flag additional issues, and ensure every car is safe and ready for sale. Prior experience with used cars is a plus; ASE certification is a bonus but not required. A valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• A couple of years of experience working on cars (used cars a big plus).
• Ability to diagnose and fix mechanical or electrical issues.
• Clean driver’s license.
• Team player with a good attitude.

Responsabilités

• Inspecting used cars to ensure they’re up to standard.
• Diagnosing and fixing mechanical or electrical issues.
• Handling basic maintenance — oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.
• Keeping repair notes clean and clear.
• Flagging any other issues that need to be resolved.
• Ensuring every car touched is safe, solid, and ready to sell.

Full Time Competitive pay $25.00-$38.00 D.O.E. per flat rate hour | Great Benefits

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
