The McGrath Family of Dealerships in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Chevy Used Car Sales Consultant to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will build relationships, guide customers through vehicle selection, and demonstrate features of new and used vehicles.

Training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed and grow within the company. Success is defined by customer satisfaction, effective follow-up, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert; know the in's and out's of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your 'A game' and positive attitude with you everyday.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in's and out's.
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and motor vehicle check.
