McGrath Family of Dealerships is seeking a Chevy New Car Sales Consultant in Cedar Rapids, IA to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be trained with a mentor and supported to build relationships and become the vehicle expert, guiding customers through product options and demonstrations.

There is an extensive training program, a focus on growth, and a performance-based pay plan. The role requires weekend availability and a professional appearance with strong communication

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions.
• Be the vehicle expert; know the in's and out's of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and motor vehicle check.
