Mullinax Ford is seeking a Used Car Reconditioning Technician to join our team of automotive professionals. The right candidate will assist in repair, service, and maintenance of our used cars, ensuring that all vehicles meet the highest customer standards for quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Used Car Technician.
• Ford Certified preferred.
• ASE or other OEM Certified preferred.
• Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and repair techniques.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and suspension issues related to used car repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment to determine necessary repairs.
• Complete vehicle repairs in a timely manner following established procedural guidelines.
• Identify necessary force, equipment, and parts for repair.
• Ensure accuracy of repairs and inspect workmanship quality.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shop in safety compliance.
• Keep accurate records of all service and repair work performed.
• Other duties as assigned.
