Mullinax Ford is seeking a Ford Certified Diesel Service Technician to join our team. The Diesel Mechanic will perform repairs and maintenance on heavy-duty and medium-duty diesel vehicles in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Ford Certification or Ford dealership certifications required or preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASE certification preferred; CDL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to heavy- and medium-duty diesel vehicles.
• Read job orders, observe vehicle operation, and plan repairs.
• Follow checklists and inspect critical parts and safety devices.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify performance.
• Document warranty parts and return processes.
• Attend training and review factory bulletins.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete all work according to safety requirements and procedures.
• Adhere to labor operations, timing, and repair order documentation for warranty work.

Education

Ford Certification

High school diploma or equivalent

ASE certification preferred

CDL certification preferred
