Job summary

A leading automotive company in Apopka, FL, is seeking a Used Car Reconditioning Technician. The ideal candidate will assist in repairing and maintaining used cars to meet quality standards. Requires 2+ years of experience and good knowledge of diagnostic equipment. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Used Car Technician.
• Ford Certified preferred.
• ASE or other OEM Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose any mechanical, electrical, and suspension issues related to used car repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment to determine necessary repairs.
• Ensure accuracy of all repairs and inspect quality of workmanship.
• Identify necessary tools, equipment, and parts needed for repair
• Ensure accuracy of all repairs and inspect quality of workmanship
• Maintain a clean and orderly shop environment in compliance with safety regulations
• Keep accurate records of all service and repair work performed
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Diagnose any mechanical, electrical, and suspension issues related to used car repairs
• Use diagnostic equipment to determine necessary repairs
• Complete vehicle repairs in a timely manner following established procedural guidelines
• Must be able to identify necessary force, equipment, and parts needed for repair
• Ensure accuracy of all repairs and inspect quality of workmanship
• Maintain a clean and orderly shop environment in compliance with safety regulations
• Keep accurate records of all service and repair work performed
• Other duties as assigned
