Job summary

McCurley Dealerships is seeking a Used Car Manager in Kennewick, WA to lead and grow the used-vehicle department. You will oversee inventory, mentor staff, and apply your sales skills to promote and move vehicles in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and a focus on customer service and integrity to uphold our high-trust culture. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

McCurley Dealerships is looking for a Used Car Manager who is motivated to be a part of a fast-paced growing company. The ideal candidate will have energy and passion for the profession, 2-5 years' related experience and a desire to move the needle to new heights. They will oversee the used car department, physical inventory, and provide their sales skills to effectively promote and sell used cars. If you have strong organizational skills, can communicate effectively at a high level, and provide excellent customer service we would love to hear from you!
