Job summary

McCurley Honda is seeking a hardworking and reliable Sales Associate to join our Pasco, WA team. You will help customers purchase or lease new or used vehicles, with a strong focus on exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the car buying journey.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of automotive sales experience, preferably luxury vehicles, and demonstrates accuracy, active listening, and integrity in all dealings.

Qualifications

• Two years automotive sales experience preferred.
• Experience with luxury vehicles is a plus.
• Assist customers with purchasing or leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchasing or leasing of new or used vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the car buying process.
• Follow dealership policies and state/federal laws during transactions.

McCurley Honda is searching for a hardworking and reliable person that is a highly motivated individual to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of automotive sales experience, preferably targeted to luxury vehicles and will assist customers with purchasing or leasing of new or used vehicles in accordance with dealership policies, state and federal laws. This position has a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the car buying process.

Pay ranges from $48,000.00 to $180,000.00 annually.
